Central's justice and fairness minded. Can't really get away with doin' crimes there. Weather is moderate. West is [unchecked capitalism] flashy and loud, can't be anywhere without somebody tryin' to get into your business there. Nice beaches. South is a desert. Villages are far away from each other, and everybody tries to help everybody else. East is constantly overcast, gloomy. Can't talk to anybody on the streets, 'cause it's illegal.

You can talk in shops, dependin' on the owners. Most of the time they just point to stuff on the menu and stay in silence.
